Painting the dashboard

I recently bought today a 1994 318i and the interior is kind of worn and I want to do a little restoring. My question is how do I find the exact color of the dashboard and how do I go about doing that? I want to do the dash, the doors and the walls. Thanks!

Question Dash Colors

Ok with that said I have tan so I guess that's cream, where do I get the paint to touch it up? and I wanted to do the doors as well and that is darker. This car just needs a little love...
