I want to paint my black, door moldings like this:

Are these the standard side moldings simply painted to match the car or are they aftermarket. Anybody know?

TIA!!

Those are aftermarket. Although they look what the stock design really should have been; same idea, only more exagerrated to flow with the bumpers.

those are factory (stock on alot of sport models in europe) Mtech-II side panels. they go over where the side moldings would be.

lowen design sells replica kits, so does bcautodesign.com. try contacting overseas bmw salvage yards, they usually sell the whole kit for around $1000
