OK...I only use my HiBeam to flash other drivers, as sort of a Safety thing and of course the obvious Move Over. After seeing some picts of a Bavarian with yellow lights I started thinking that a Yellow HiBeam might work. And would be more visible.

Opinions no-matter how damaging would be helpful.

Peace, Bimmin'

Are you painting with lens paint or did you find a yellow bulb?

I have a headlight with a yellow lens sitting in my garage! It came off of my (late) '85 M.B. 300D. If you have any salvage yards close to where you live they will probably have one. If not and you like how mine comes out looking let me know. I am sure I can find one close to me.

A buddy and I are going salvage yard hunting tomorrow. If I come across one I'll let you know! I can probably get one for like $5.

They've routed their cold air intakes right to that spot, which obviously gets force-fed a whole lot of air.

Nice 6 The yellows are better in fog. In France, almost all headlights are yellow

IT'S DONE...!

Baught a remnant from the tint shop this morning. Looks better than the Photoshop mock-up. Not the best way to do it but it cost me $5.00 and 10 min and if it goes bad I have enough film to redo it about a dozen times or until I get a real yellow beam.
