OH OH i have a problem.

i just found out that this was licking power steering fluid what do i need to replace and how much will it cost? by the way that rubber peace is crack which is why is licking

Your steering rack. Once it starts leaking into the boots like that, it's over.
Sorry, that's how it works. I imagine that you might be able to rebuild the rack with a seal kit, but it would be a lot easier to just buy and install a new rack.

it is also cheaper to buy another rack than to try and replace all the seals.
