Odometer Doesnt Roll

I bought the car from my friend, and when he had i know the odometer worked, but it was parked for 1 year, now it doesnt. any ideas?

Probably a broken gear in the cluster. I have 2 clusters at my parents that work, $15 plus shipping and you can have one. They are complete with all gauges and lights.

I need the gears for the odometer mine doesn't roll either.........do you have a vdo gauge cluster for 90 325i?
