Hey, just have a minute while at work to ask this, otherwise, I would have done the research myself... If I remember right, a 1991 318i convertible would be an e30 right?
Okay, also what (if any) ecu's would you recommend. I am a dedicated Six Cylinder guy, so my 4 banger bimmer knowledge is a bit weak. I am asking because an old Army buddy of mine is buying the above mentioned car, has a few extra bux to spend on it, and I wanted to give him a couple good recommendations until he bothered to show up on the board!
Thanks all!
Josh W.

You mean upgrade chips, right? If so, J. Conforti is always a winner. Along with Dinan, etc.

Honestly, I didn't either, but that is what my buddy is telling me. It's a 1991 318i cabrio and he is traiding a woman for his old Saab and she's paying an additional $800 cash for it, so he is coming out ahead! I will try to get him into the forum as soon as I can. He is a TRUE motorhead, and would be a GREAT resource on the boards!
