My problem is that my E30's battery will not hold a charge nor does it get charged whilst driving i have changed the battery and alternator and the problem still persists used ghead any help with this matter will be much appreciated as i am running out of hair to pull out
is the alternator light on while driving?
If so I would check the wire running from the alternator to the starter as that is were you get your charging voltage.
put a multimeter on across the battery, while the car is running, and see if you are suppling voltage to the battery. You should have a reading of around 13.5 volts DC +/- .5 of a volt
