Noise From The Driveshaft?

when i am accelerating (mainly in the 1st gear but also in the 2nd) around 2000RPM, i can feel this rumbling (also not very strong noise) that transfers to the front seats from around the middle of the car. can that be a bad differential? or some loose bolts? what should i check first?

and by the way. where should a get some cheap manual pump to change the manual transmission oil?

definitly your driveshaft guibo or flexdisc or u-joint. not sure what it is but def. something to do with your driveshaft. i had the same noise in mine too. when i would accelerate it would rumble. but when i was ina higher gear it would stop rumbling. good luck. by the way i had a mechanic do mine he put in a new driveshaft though cost me around 450-500. good luck.

i would search if i knew what i should search for now, i will look into that guibo, flex-disk stuff...

thanks for pointing me into the right direction, hopefully i will not have to replace the whole drive shaft, those things are way to expensive for my budget right now.
i just know that a mechanic, whom i know, did some work on the driveshaft for maybe 500$ some year ago for the previous owner, so i guess it was not a very good job then....

driveshaft work IS something u can do ur self.......its just a few bolts.

lift up the car
drop exhaust...where applicable
mark postition of shaft to tranny, and diff with tape.
remove shaft
line up new one in the same way the old one came out.
install guibo
put it all together again
