| no power when warm.
i've got an 81 320i. the car sat for a few years before i bought it. when i first start it up in the morning it has plenty of power, but as soon as the temp gauge starts to move i loose all power and it will barely even run. when it gets all the way hot it runs a little better. a little after i first got the car i replaced the MAF intake boot and resealed all the vacuum lines. after i did that this problem got worse. i checked it all with a smoke machine and there are no vacuum leaks. does anybody have and ideas or things i should check first? i'm starting to run out of ideas. |
