No heat. I NEED heat!

So i just replaced my thermostat and thermostat housing. I have hot heater hoses until they go under the intake manifold. Going to the heater core (firewall) the hoses are cold. It's getting to be 30's here in Utah and i need heat. No heat, No dates! I need this fixed STAT! What is under the manifold that takes my heat away? BTW, i have an E30 325E

The car isn't losing coolant or overheating?

I know the e34 has this little contraption called a heater valve, that controls the flow of coolant to the heater core... and I'm assuming other things.

See if you can read some codes off the engine and see if DME knows what's going on?

just make sure all the hoses are there as per the bentley, theres an entire trouble shooting section there on heating

oh and if you dont have a bentley manual for the E30, buy one...its the best tool
