ok so i got an 86 325es its gold with the tan leather i got a few basic things to ask. ive been reading lots of shit here and on bimmerforums trying to soak in things.

first off im 17(18 in march) this is my first bmw to own i allso have a audi
the bimmer is in alot better shape than the audi even tho it has according to the odo 258k on it my spedo dosnt work all the time it only worked twice for about 5 minets all of yesterday what could be causeing thing? allso will this trow off my odo and my computer since the comp says im only getting 13 mpg

allso since its an 86 im wondering if the later 88-91 front bumpers will fit on it it needs a new airdamn as its missing ide ide like the updated ones or am i going to have to get the rs kit from dsp or w/e

Ok the bumpers are possible with lots of body work.

Ugg... Im sorry but I have to say that body kit = n

If you want an alternative to plastic bumpers I would recommend the BMP RS kit. It actually looks quite similar to the factory plastic bumpers.

You should just trade in your es, and get an i or iS, stay away from es n they are sorta bad news. get something with small bumper, looks a lot nicer. and i's are definetly more for your buck.

So you're telling a guy to stay away from a eta just because you don't like the bumpers?

I have a 1987 325 e and it works just wonderful, the eta is more eficcient than the i engine.

definetly dude the es is my choice as a daily driver awsome seats good mileage an e30 body what more can uask for i drive like 70 miles a day so mileage is better than winning stoplight drags anyhow i owned a slower car befor this so this car feel plenty fast
