Hello everyone

I'm new to bmw's but not German cars(91 vanagon syncro) and want to get a second car for son to drive. I always liked the look of the e30 so that's what I am looking at. What should I look for when looking at these? Is there anything quirky about these that I should know about?

Here are a couple that I am looking at that are local to me

1984 BMW 325e

1991 Alpine White BMW 318i Sedan

Are these worth it or to expensive?

Personally i would go with the 1991. Its newer and looks to be in great shape. Make sure you get a PPI first though. The 318 is a 4 cylinder engine so it will be good on gas. Always get a service history of the vehicle. As long as their well taken care of they will last for a long time.
