Need help with a heat shield.

3-Series (E21, E30) Chat relating to the BMW 3-Series from 1975-1983 and 1984-1991 line. Specific models: BMW 315, BMW 316, BMW 318, BMW 318i, BMW 320/4, BMW 320i, BMW 320/6, BMW 323i, BMW 320i. E30 Family models include: BMW 325e, BMW 325i, BMW 325is, BMW 325ix.

M3turbog16 1st Gear Member Join Date: Dec 2002 Car: Posts: 244 Photos:	O.K I just got the turbo manifold and turbo on the car, I had to dent the shit out the wheel well, and I need to put some type of heat shield there. Kinda like how MB has on the cars on the fire wall..anyone now where I can find this material? whats is it made out of. MrM3 You Can Has A Custom Title!! Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Houston Car: Posts: 2,053 Photos:	abs plastic will probably work better, but its harder to make. so i would just go with the sheet alluminum at home deopt like trigg said. its easier to make a cardboard template first
