NEED HELP 90' 325i

I have a 1990 325i which i just bought and i want to kick it up a couple notches. What parts/systems could i add to make the car faster without blowing my engine. so far the part i have thought of are:

Turbo, Not sure which one (any advice)

Short shift(any advice)

Need help on which suspension system i need as well????

also putting drilled breaks.

want to put a wide body kit on but not sure which company makes nice ones

any other ideas on what else i can put in?????

i want to make the car quick but quiet (a sleeper) i want it to take off fast, as well as increase speed at a tremendous rate. But at the same time i need it street legal i want it to go to the max power of a street legal car.

Get a performance chip and change the differential to a 4.10 limited slip differential, maybe the air flow meter too.
