Need Engine!

Well i need a replacement engine anyone selling one, or know where i can find on e? Something that will fit my 1985 325e 2 door 5 speed. I f anyone can plz help me find on thank you!(in desperate need)

How did you go from needing a BBK to needing an Eta engine? Do we really want to know?

Well i let my gurlfriend use my car to buy some fast food and well she crushed the oil pan sumhow not knowing after running the car with no oil, i fix everything but of course my engine is not running as s trong as before, i was thinkin of a 325i enginge but what besides changing the ecu might i have to do?

exhaust for a 325iS is differant. It runs a twin tube all the way back so it might not breath as well if you don't chage it out. You will need all the sensors and hardware for the iS engine but other than that nothing else I can thing of the top of my head. You will want to consider swapping the diff out to a higher numerical number from 2.93 to a 3.73 for better acceleration due to TQ curves being differant thou.

Just about any 325i and 325is has a 3.73 rear end the iS will have a LSD unit and the non s might have one. Roadfly is a good source of used parts. Or www.car-part.com
