Need Electrical Help Badly!!!!!

I have a 1990 325 ic. I was messing around with changing out the bulbs like turn signals, reverse lights etc and somehow managed to short out something in the system. The turn signals no longer work nor does the service indicators above the windshield where the dome light is! What's even crazier is that the hazards work fine and none of the fuses are blown.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I'm thinking to look in the fuse box and see if the signal flasher relays are burnt

The only thing these have in common that I can think of is they may share an earth, the earth for the indectors is under the dash they are on btoh sides in front of the front doors

I'll check that out as well as the relays. Does anyone have a schematic or know where the flasher relay is and how to tell if it is defective or not? I bought the catalog from autozone for the breakdown of the car but it is worthless when it comes to stuff like this.
