You're kidding me, 17x7.5 Alpinas? What is that, nine thousand megadollars? Get the Ireland Engineering Stage III suspension, they equate to H&R race springs for a couple hundred bucks less. And I think their front rates might actually be higher.

i dont think you have to adjust the valves cause in 1992 BMW started using VANOS valvle technology didnt they? SO the valves adjust themselves according to engine speed.

i am half sure my M20 doesn't have VANOS
