im majorly confused...do you have to have the high beems on to see?! cause they dont seem very bright...? cause if they dont improve visability i hate em :P ....jk they are "cute"

i had the smileys on my old bimmer and i was gonna swap them out for regular headlights or an H4 conversion
i did an H4 conversion with piaa 100w bulbs...next time im gonna do H4 conversion and get a Catz HID H4 kit

plus i am looking down on them for the close up pic on the high beam so if i looked directly at them then they would be too blinding
