My 325es Won't Run

My car starts OK. It will run for approximately 25 minutes or until the engine gets hot and then the enginee dies. After that I can not re-start it. I have to wait several hours before trying to re-start it again. Help.

The temperature rises normally.

ok, Check your fuel lines and filters, and injecters, also you might want to have your fuel pump looked at, more than likley its you feul pump. your engine is dying most likley to the lack of fuel, i had a car to were you could drive it like normal untill the fuel pump would just die out!

I did check the fuel lines and replaced fuel filter with the same result. I believe that you hve a point that it is a fuel pump. Thank you for the reply.
My car 1986 vintage and has two fuel pumps. How do I go about troubleshooting which of the two is bad?

Have you checked the fuses to the feul pumps, and tighting the wires(power & ground) that go into the pumps!
It could also be electrical?

Fuses and pump relay are OK. I also checked the wiring and it looks OK.
