[4 Door E30]

hi

got a 1988 E30 325i and i need to drop the bumpers off, because its a rustbucket and i have buyers for the bumpers.

bolts on the front and sides.
turn signal cables(on plastic bumper)
screw in the fender lining that holds bumper
now pull it strait out.

it took us 5 minutes....its really easy to do. i think its all 10mm. maybe a 14 for the nut into the bumper shock.

okay, i'll give it a bash. the grill is removed but i couldnt see anything, do i need to go underneath the car ???
that could be a problem, if i try and jack it up the shell might fall apart

u dont need to lift the car. just get a flashlight, and look along the inside of the bumper. you will see the bolts that connect to it. and remember, when you go pull it off, if it wont slide out, you missed a bolt.

nah its just been really cold and wet here this week, at 5PM tonight while i was removing the speedo and dash my feet and hands went numb and it was -4 degrees celcius overnight and its too be lower tonight

scotland, it's just above england, which is east of new york
