| What motor do you have? What size turbo? How is it waste gated? How are you controling your boost? What kind/style pop-off valve do you have? What do you have to add more fuel? Do you have a pyrometer?
With out knowing this, if you have a 6 cyl, it already has 10:1 compression, I wouldn't advise anymore boost with out risking damage.
As far as fuel, you can run up to 6 pounds of boost on some stock fuel injection systems with out any major adjustments. And since you are going past 6 lb. of boost, you really need to get an air/fuel guage, if you don't have one. Even though this isn't the best way, it will let you know if you are running lean. And running lean will kill your turbo and motor.
I have plenty of experence with performance turbo motors, my most recent build was a 389 hp 2.0L in a 1995 eagle tallon. I may be able to help you. |
