you're right, near as i can tell, the 323 wasn't a US model until the early 90's. I'm not sure what i would ask, if i have to sell, i'll probably post the "make me an offer" game.

Does that have the full on Hartge package, header, no cat, etc?
Damn, standard BMW exhaust manifold, and cat. Fucking gestapo (D.O.T) must have gotten to it. it does have a set of 16' hartge spokes, shift knob ( i'm thinking short shift), and pinstriping, (Like an alpina, I think)

If you got an actual dyno sheet of the car it would go a long way to improving its sellability.
Why would your dad tell u to sell your car? I'm sure the convience of having the car to get you to and from school/work outweighs the couple thousand or so that u'd get from selling it... Is he on a power trip or did you do something?
he thinks i could get another cheap car for the school thing. I'm not sure what his deal is...maybe i have a faster car than he does and he don't like it.

Um... WHAT!? Sell it for a cheaper car?! Why? The time alone is worth more than what you'd make for that... Unless he's thinking one of those $500-just-because-it-runs kind of deals. I can't believe that! Pft, whatever. Take out a couple thousand from ur bank, show it to your dad and say "see, I sold my car... To myself! Now, I'll put this in my account for school."
