main cause of hard core vibration under braking

as the title hints....under braking the steering wheel almost shakes clean out of my hand...I know my front suspension needs to be replaced.....do you think there's a problem with the brakes as well?

It shakes hardcore at high speeds (when braking of course) and a lot less violent at slow speeds

how do I tell if it's anything but the suspension?

ps. I'm getting the tires balanced this week....

hello mate do you know if your car is fitted with abs as i had a mitsubushi last year and spent over £1000 repairing all the brakes as i had a simillar problem only to find out that if i disconnected the abs pump the car worked fine and i could have saved a fortune.

One of, or a combination of these four things can cause that: #1 bad tie rod ends, 2# warped rotors, #3 bad lower control arm ball joints, #4 caster is way out of alignment.
