I have a 1991 e30 318is and im wondering what mods i can do to get a substantial gain in hp and tq without breaking the bank. I already have a jim conforti performance chip, bavarian auto CAI, and a Bullet 3.5 in exhaust. I felt a little gain in midrange, and better gas mileage but that it it. I've had this car for 2 years and I really am confused on what will work the best while still being street legal
