when i turn over the engine i usually have to let it crank for about 10 seconds then when it starts it idles roughly,
but if the car is cold and it does start in the first second like a normal car , the engine revs up to about 1200 rpms like the choke is on for a few seconds then slows down to normal.
my guess is its a fuel problem throttle sensor, cold start injector or maybe O2 sensor
