Licking Coolant

My 325 Convertible is licking coolant badly from the back of the motor.

If you mean "leaking" coolant there is a coolant port on the rear of your cyl head. You'll need to pinpoint it first.

Leaking Coolant

As soon as you fill up the reservoir, it leaks out immediately and as you squeeze the rad hose you can hear it in the back of the motor by the firewall. I checked under the vehicle and I saw the dip running through a tinny hole on the tranny.
