Lets play name that random broken E30 part

So This horn looking thing with a hella emblem was lying unplugged inside my bumper. My two horns are plugged in and intact on the car, but this random part puzzles me. Then the hook looking sensor was broken and lying close to the waterneck on the front of my engine. Anyone have any ideas???

Could it be an old horn part that was just left there?

yeah, that looks like a horn to me...

see, here is the thing with horns...you have to have at least 2 horns to make it worth your time...and they have to be disonent...so you see that 335Hz marking there?...there is another one that's like 1101Hz that totally disagrees audibly with 335...that's what makes a horn work...ever heard the the little tinker toy horns coming from BMWs from time to time? that means only one of the two speakers are working.....

The 3 prong connector looks alot like a crank position sensor wire. The first part is 100% certain a horn.
