Ive been contemplating, and I think that the 3.0L stroker kit for the M20 might be more reasonable then just getting the S50. The S50 ofcourse might have its advantages just because its a completely new 'thing'. but the 3.0 stroker kit has just about the same hp, if not, then like 1hp less. but i hear that the 3.0L kit is supposed to be awesome.
and the S50 with install will run me about 6-10k, and the 3.0L kit with a new clutch, and exhaust system will end up being about 3 or 5 k MAX, thats with upgrades.
What do you guys honestly think is the better solution, and please dont just say S50 cuz its more expensive.

Halon man was up with the rotary man, why don't you do it?!?! (j/k)
Any how if you check out my E30 engine swap thread you will see I had the same dilema but the stroker is better man, you wont ruin the weight balance plus instead of the 6-10k you can spend 4k on the stroker plust get a racing differential and tranny. Now that is what I am talking about. Also with that 3.0l stroker you can get a lot more than 210hp out of it once you add stuff to it. Talk to seam they are cool as heck and they will make anything for you, whatever you want.
Ohhhhhh, and I am sure with that extra cash you save you can talk to the germans about some carbon fibre driveshafts (BMWDub pick up your jaw man hehehe). I am sure they would make some for you. I am trying to find somebody who will do it here in the USA hence I am going to PRI in indianpolis this year to talk to the companies.

i wouldnt wanna daily drive on a custom made carbon drive shaft lol...but if its race proven and can hold the power and turque...im down to save some weigh and get a couple more horsies to the ground...
