Instrment cluster indicator light

1990 E30 Cabriolet and the left turn signal indicator light in instrument cluster is inoperative. I changed the bulb and even switched out a good bulb and holder but she no workee. The signal lights work and the flasher relay clicks, as well as the right signal indicator. Do I have a bad cluster connection and do I need to take the back off of the cluster and resolder the wiring to the inop bulb?

Uhm,
i never seen a bad Mother Board and not sure if the Service Indicator board has anything to do with it's operation., perhaps there's a bad soldering point somewhere.

I am going to pull the cluser, separate back from front and clean and reflow the printed circuit to the indicator light. Since all exterior lights as well as all other indicators and the flasher I am assuming a break in printed circuit.

I have seen where repeat removal can wear the contacts away. But mostly they just get dirty.

This will be the first time out so I will look at all circuits and clean or repair as necessary.
