I recently changed the steering column on my E30 and now the indicators wont switch off by themselves after I have taken a corner . Any ideas what could be causing this and any solutions to stop this.

Thanks in advance.

the little plastic switch piece on the indicator stock is probably broken. take off the bottom plastic cover and tighten the screws holding on the indicator. if it is loose it wont disengage. otherwise, a new turn signal indicator is in order, as the ability for it to turn off after a turn is built into the switch itself.
