i have a problem - my fuel gauge readings keeps moving up and down. suspect floater in the tank is faulty - anyone has any methods of giving me the exact fault ???????
hope it wasn't my sound in the boot that damaged the floater !!!!
even when my sound is off - the needle on the fuel gauge still moves abit .

when u say up and down... do u mean drop to EMPTY? and then bounce back to where gas level should be? If yes, then maybe a loose connection.
HELL yeah... possibly your sound jarred the connection loose :-p
it doesnt drop to empty - it stays like 3/4 full and remains at that mark - and it just moves around- meaning that sometimes, its stays at 1/2 tank and then later on moves to near the full mark. its like it is possessed. LOL
