Im Thinking About Tinting My Windows.

Ok E30 4 door with tint. I didnt know where else to put this thread.


I dont want a crazy dark tint, but enough to make a suttle effect.(affect..god i hate english)


theres a out of focus pic...but you et the idea.

do you think it would look good or no?

It's your choice..If u feel your BMW is good with tints then go for it. Your BMW will look better with tints i guess...

Too bad it's illegal here.

in my opinion it wouldnt look too good, but thats just mine, dont get offended or anything, its just that ur cars, IMO is not the type that gets tinted windows.. who knows tho, u like it, do it

DoIt-limo tint on the backs and mid on the fronts. keeps your car cooler and looks good.

ive got a red 87 325 i got tinted at the beginning of september,
i hate my tan interior tho, so im switching it to one from a black interior car,
the tan makes my 20% tint look lighter than it is.
heres a few pics tho, these are taken with my cam phone so they arent the best quality.

go for the tint it's awesome it will help alot with the super high lighted trucks that look like the have the brights on behind you. im gonna tint mine ride once i get the money its black too so it will go perfect. also ur car won't get as hott when in sun

I put 5 percent tint on my other car, all around. Got pulled over, cop measured 3.5 percent Legal in my state is 43 percent LOL
If ya do it yourself its really not that hard, My other car has an extremely curved hatch, made it a PAIN IN THE ASS, but these have pretty flat windows. just heat shrink it to the outside of the back window so that when you put it inside, it conforms to the curvature.

My rear windows are tinted, and i think it looks real good liek this, and the front windows have some sort of very slight slight slight slight, and i mean slight tint to them, its liek they just have some sort of extra protectant layer, but i think it looks good.

youll find by just tinting the rear windows and rear window taht it will give the effect of your front windows being slightly tinted also, i think it looks better then having them all tinted, but thats me.
