| Idle speed hunting
Hello all,
I own a 1986 325, no "i" or "e" just 325. The idle speed hunts and is progressively getting worse, from 900rpm to 2000rpms. I disconnected the
O2 sensor tryong to trouble shoot the problem and nothing changed, still hunted. Shouldn't disconnecting it stop the hunting if it is bad? The car doesn't hunt until it warms up a bit, if knowing that helps. Thanks for any help.
