Idle goes wayyyy up and down

I came to a stop light in neutral and all of a sudden my idle started to oscilate from about 800 to 2500, about 3 times every 2 seconds. When i start the car now it revs on its own to about 3,000 for 10 seconds and starts oscilating again. While driving and i let off the throttle in gear, it still accelerates for a second before it lets off.

Sounds like a sticky throttle plate to me, or a wierd sticky ICV.

remove ICV, clean with WD40 and compressed air, replace.

It could be a blown fuse. I had that happen before, or a bad contact point of the fuse.. i dont remmber which one it is but my 325 did that before, would rev all over the place at random. Was a blown fuse.

At first I was thinking ICV, but rich is right. The fusebox is always a good place to start. (Cheaper, too)
