I need to sell my e21

I need to know how to best sell my 1981 e21 320i with a 1.8L fuel injected motor. The car is shown here http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3225169 .
I am asking $3350 have I lost my mind or am I in the right range? Will these cars ever be worth anything, Should I just keep it or what? Also what is this thing worth in parts. It's a good looking car I am just in school and in need of MONEY. Please help a brother out!

Well I'm guessing about 160,000 The old odometer quit on me so I replaced it with one that works that has 185,000 showing. The car runs extremely strong and shifts fine but does need a lot of interior work. What do you think a good ballpark price would be on this machine. and is it worth trying to part out?
