hey im new here, ive been looking for bmw forums for a while, and this one seems to be the best! anywho i just wanted to post a pic of my car and most of what i have done to it.
its a 1989 BMW 325i
*bilstein suspension
*throttle body
*intake
*full exhaust
*(headers to come, hopefully intake manifold too)
*perfomance chip
*hamann style wheels
*and more

and last but not least...the picture! (it is my avatar pic, buts its kinda small-so here is the big pic)

oh yeah, if anyone knows if they even make carbon fiber side skirts and front splitters that would be great if you could let me know where.

...just a question, but for some reason my battery came in the trunk of my car. does anyone know if thats like a special model or something, it makes sense...for weight distribution, but i didnt know if it was a certain model or what.

most bimmers have the battery in the trunk. my '93 325is has it in the trunk

i was jw about the battery thing because there is actually a spot in the engine bay for a battery. so, i was just curious

Welcome to the board. The reason there is a spot under the hood for a battery is because the 318's and 325i convertables had the battery under the hood.

haha thats neat to know. now i dont feel like such a weirdo anymore for having a battery in my trunk. but, does anyone know about the carbon fiber front splitter and some cf side skirts(i just think that would look awesome).

yay! hmm, the 89 year model seems to be VERY popular. anyway, whats up with the "1st gear and 2nd gear" members? just wondering...i dont really want to be "neutral"

aaaand does anyone know where i could get an intake...all i can find is the freaking filter, and i dont know who cutom makes them(someone told me thats the only way i can get a real one)

yes yes one more thing, no one has answered me about the carbon fiber stuff...not too important huh?
