thanks for the help amaze and look at this 91 318i 5 speed

there is a 91 318i 5 speed for $1995 dollars in good shape with ac working and 130,000 miles. Is that good? Should I go look at the car? Will it be decent? Or is the price so low it is garbage. What should I do? Is it worth it. The thing is is the plastic on the rear bumper is broken. No accidents. Just broken.
