How to pull camshaft from head on 88 325ix

I was wandering how i can pull camshaft from head on mine 88 325ix
Ialready pulled all rocker arms,rocker shafts and cam gear and two bolts that hold camchaft seal and camshaft seal
I tryed pull camshaft but didn't came out, should i pull harder ??? or is there something i forget to lull offbut i don't see aything else on there ???

There is a lock bar in the front of the head, just behind the lip that the gasket sits on. It's just a flat pice of metal. Look for that.

Never mind , i pulled camshaft little bit ago, i justpulled harder and camshaft cameout
