Just wanted to see how many miles you guys have run up on your e 30. I only got about 130 grand on my ix but I put about 20 grand a year on a car so it shouldn't take long for me to get up their..

I got rid of my first 84 318i with 178K on it and my second 84 318i when it had 225K on it. Just perform the maintainance and you should be OK.

I could've avoided the major repairs on mine if the previous owner had known anything about BMWs. He let the timing belt get way too much slack, and ruined the valve stems along with most of the top-end.

It's a BMW.
It'll last as long as you really want it to.

yeah, the PO on mine took shitty care of it and it dropped a valve and punched a hole through the #1 piston. perform the maintnence and it will run forever...
HOLY HELL 450K on the original block? Right... can I see a pic of the odometer so I can maybe start to believe that? The most I've ever heard of on an E30 is 350K on one in europe...
