Hey GSR...
Unfortunately, I struck out on the custom oil pan on my end, but I did hear back from BMW on the topic. Here's a paraphrase of what they said.

Mobile Tradition was created in 1995, and it is dedicated to providing
information for models that have been out of production for several
years. For the best answers to your questions, I suggest contacting a
member of our Mobile Tradition Program directly.

You can reach the Mobile Tradition Division through the parts
department of any authorized BMW center. Should you need it, a complete list of
authorized BMW centers, categorized by name, state, or zip code, can be
found on our website, www.bmwusa.com.

Hope it helps.
Dave

You can get a metal oil pan from an early 528e and modify it to fit, the metal pan won't bust up like the aluminum one. Also you can beef it up with a thick metal plate in the front, I built one for a lowered 325is car in PA. Not a novice project, better be sure of your welding and fabrication skills before taking this task on. Or kiss your motor good bye.

I doubt it, it was 4 years ago. If there is any demand for these pans I can build more of them. The 3 turbo headders I built and sold flew out the door. However since the move everything got screwed up, so it'll take time.

its an e30. if its an i its an M20b25, and its a 2.5 liter. the e, is an m20b__? and i believe its a 2.7, but it has much less hp, lower redline, and higher tq. performance parts can be bought from many places, check the forum sponsors, and the like. your best of making a new post.
