what sound and performance effect does that have? and is it hard to remove the cat and stuff a lot?

ummm it helps the performance a little bit i mean there arent any restrictions but the sound is great especially if your car is pumped up a little bit its just pure bliss to hear the bmw roar without it being choked from a cat. the sound is deeper and more raspier and it depends a little bit on what type of muffler you hahve on it.
