Help! Should I buy this car?

I know nothing about BMW's I saw this car and I don't know if it is worth the $1,300 that the owner asks for.

The car: 1986 325 I6 4 door, sun roof, recaro seats, 15 in alluminum wheels(they look 15") and identical spare, pretty much good exterior and interior shape

What it has bad: It starts after 3 or 4 tries(when cold), shifter bushings are bad, power steering does nothing, brake pads are worn, the interior very dirty, the seats won't move, the radio wont work, the hood release cable is broken

should I buy it?

i would offer him for $1000 just because im a cheap kinda guy... but most the stuff sounds like little projects that arent too hard to fix or that would leave it undriveable... just my 2 cents...

if the body is straight might be a fun track car? im not a big fan of 4drs and i dont like steel bumbers. so if it were me i would wait for something that is atleast an 89. but if thats the year you like then go for it. im sure you could always trun around and sell if on craigslist if you get tired of it.

thanks alot for the reply, I offered the owner $1,000 and he didn't even budge. I don't think it is worth $1,300 and I have seen better cars for less money.
