HELP REV LIMITER IS CUTTING IN AT 4500 REVS

matt247365 n00b Join Date: Jun 2004 Car: Posts: 1 Photos:	HELP PLEASE BOUGHT A 1990 E30 316i AND IT TAPS WHEN I START IT UP THIS NOISE dissapears once i start going but the rev limiter is cutting in at 4500 Revs. I have Flushed the engine and put in 5 - 30W Oil and cleaned the injectors. Sounds like Tappet Problem but Not sure. Please help!!! Also if anyone could tell me why when ever i use the passenger electric window the fuse blows I Would really appreciate it!!!! it works ok for a few days then will blow!!!!!! Cheers Guys Matt
