My floorboards in my car are saturated ..........what could be the problem? I sprayed water on the car to see if was the seals around doors and windows but couldn't tell. Tore carpet out soaked up water, ran steam cleaner to get as much water out and then sprayed water on the car again. Water was coming from firewall running onto floorboard on pass. side. Just had windshield replaced last week could that be the culprit? used

this could be a problem with your heating and cooling system, im not sure about bmws, but when the heater pump breaks it will spill out on the passenger side floor... i dont know much about this, perhaps other members here do?

dude it's simple! it's your AC compressor...check it out....it may need replacing...
thank me later...

I am not a dude..........it's not the AC compressor as I have not ran the AC and it's running down both pass and driver side. Fiancee thinks it's new windshield. Guy who replaced windshield didn't use any glue because he said seals on window were good. Water is running down firewall and collecting in corner of floorboard. I saw it running down after I dried up all the water and sprayed the car with water......but can't be for sure what would cause it. Hood vents aren't clogged either.

good luck...
but most cases it's condensation from a busted compressor.

AC was just serviced I think they'd have noticed if Compressor/Condensor was busted. But the compressor is towards front of car not the firewall. The evaporater core is what is inside the car.
Have another drink
