does anyone know how to take the upper steering column cover off? I'm trying to get to my instrument cluster and get to my broken/not working speedometer. the manual says to just manuever/rotate it off. this would be so much easier if i had a gd TILTED steering wheel. i thought that maybe i could just loosen up the nuts that hold in the steering column, but its a rounded screw with a rubber boot so its not worth it to take off.
ANY SUGGESTIONS? HELP ME PLEASE
