ok guys i have a friend that has a 325i 87 it wont turn on, i check that it had spark and fuel well it does but it doesnt turn on, i check the injectors with a multimeter and they are not getting power?? but like i said there is fuel and spark. any ideas

check the fuel pump relay? fuel pump fuse?

the injectors can have all the power they want, but if fuel aint getting there you have a problem

there is fuel goin in the fuel regulator but at crank the injectors are not firing

You said that the injectors are not getting power? Check it again, this time ground the negative of the tester on the motor or any metal area and test the positive on one of the pins in the plug with the key on. One pin should have 12V with the key forward.
