i just recently purchased a '79 320i. and i am not getting alot of heat at all throught the vents. i replaced the thermostat, which helped the gauge to start working, i also checked all of the cables i could think of that were connected to the control panel on the dash. so that is why i think the heater core is plugged. but my question is how do i get to the heater core to flush it out? where is it located under the dash? any help would be muchly appreciated.

thanks for all you help in advance.
