Head light upgrades?

Hi, i been looking at other E30 and i noticed alot of people have nice looking headlights. i was wondering what could i do to improve the apperance of my headlights. what type of bulbs would give me that "bright white" look. and what do you think about some of those angel eye kits on ebay?

Any suggestion for my Euro spec elipsoids? but without replacing the whole light assembly.
