I have hard time lock/unlock driver door, passenger door with unlocking BUT can't lock them at all
So i use trunk lock to open door because i don't wanna broke key in one of doors
I was wandering how and what kinda grease i have to use on those locks becauzse i going to pull door panels and grease those locks
You may not wish to hear this but, I would suspect in your case that the key lock cylindedrs are getting all full of bad grease. I would take them out and spray them good with WD-40. I just had a similar issue with my 1990 325ic and I ended up repalcing the drivers door lock motor as well as the central lock controller. If cleaning up the lock cylinders does not work, try unhooking the door lock motor and with door shut using lock button to lock and unlock the door. If this works smoothly then it is probably bad lock cylinders and you can buy a rekey cylinder at the dealer, rekey and then replace the old with the new.
My 1990 E30 has central locking (a central lock control module and lock motors in each door), I can lock all dors, trunk, fuel filler door with one key in any of the locks,I do not have keyless entry.

I had the same problem with both 1990 325's. I just bought 2 keyless entrys from ebay for $30 es and put them on now we dont have to worry about sticky locks.
