Has anyone ordered one of these from a dealership? they quoted m $160 CAD today. I was kind of wondering, though, is this something I could mount myself, and does anyone know what color they are unpainted? I'm hoping it's black, like the bottom sidepanels
I was kind of choked to hear that the M-tec rear spoiler is almost $600, though
It's really easy to mount just make sure you get NEW mounting clips, I think it takes 9 or 11 clips on the bottom to mount it. If you get it from the dealer chances are it will come primered in a light grey or white. If you buy it from Bavarian Autosport it should come as regular black plastic unprimered. If you get one from the dealer it may not cost too much to have a body shop paint it the same color as your car since it is already primered and ready for paint.
Hey guys just putting my 2 cents in I know im constantly talking about these guys but I still havent found anyone who has better prices or service than www.SEAMBMW.com I got my "is" lip from them for $149.95 and it was already primered and it only cost like $6 to ship so to me this is the best route and it was an OEM BMW item not some rip off (not saying bavauto would be just saying that i know their lip isnt primered at least not when i asked about it). it wouldn't cost that much more to prime it tho... i guess it depends on where your located.
